Owner/Founder

Tamara Antonino

Dr. Antonino is an occupational therapist with over 15 years of experience helping individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life. Holding both a Master’s and Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, she has dedicated her career to supporting caregivers—those who selflessly give their time and energy to care for aging loved ones. As a wife and mother to three daughters (ages 27, 20, and 3), as well as a caregiver to her parents and mother-in-law, Dr. Antonino deeply understands the physical, emotional, and spiritual toll of caregiving. Her professional and personal experiences have shown her firsthand how caregiving affects relationships, health, and well-being. Through her company, My Comfort Zone, Dr. Antonino provides practical strategies, education, and support to help caregivers find balance and avoid burnout. Whether through her online courses, in-person workshops, or one-on-one guidance, she equips caregivers with the tools they need to provide compassionate care while still prioritizing their own well-being. Dr. Antonino believes that caregiving doesn’t have to mean sacrificing oneself. Her mission is to empower caregivers with the knowledge and confidence to navigate this journey with grace and strength.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Who are My Comfort Zone's services for?

We help adult children who are actively caring for their aging parents. Our programs are designed for caregivers who: 1. Are ready to learn practical skills or develop a balance plan 2. Are open to expert guidance and willing to take action 3.Understand that caregiving is challenging but want support to make it more manageable

  • Who is NOT a good fit for these services?

Our programs may not be the best fit for you if: 1. You are looking for free caregiver advice (we offer some free resources, but structured support requires an investment). 2. You are unwilling to try new strategies or take action. 3. You expect caregiving to become "easy" overnight without effort. 4. You need ongoing, one-on-one emotional support (we provide structure accountability, but we are not a replacement for therapy)

  • What if I don't have time for the program?

Caregiving is demanding, but our programs are designed to fit into real-life schedules. If you can't commit even a small amount of time to improving your situation, now may not be the right time.

  • Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Due to the nature of our programs, we do not offer refunds. However, if you have concerns, we are happy to work with you to ensure you get value from the program.

  • What if I have a unique caregiver challenge?

If your situation is complex, our Exclusive 1:1 Service is the best option, as it provides personalized guidance. If you're unsure which program fits your needs, schedule a quick consultation.
